Terms and Conditions of Sales


Customer Service & Returns:

We want your shopping experience with us to be easy, enjoyable and satisfactory. Our guarantee is that our products will be free from defects. If a product is not as described or flawed in any way, you may returned your purchase within 30 days of processing  for refund, credit or exchange. To return an item, you must contact one of our customer service representatives via e-mail at customerservice@equineequip.com first for approval. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all refused and returned orders. If you received free shipping on an item that you are returning, original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. On returns of saddles, there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from your refund. On vest exchanges, Casel Equi fees are paid by the customer. Free gift items received with returned purchases should either be returned, or may be kept but the cost will be deducted from your refund. 

All items to be returned must be returned within 30 days of receipt for money back guarantee. After 30 days returns must be approved by equineequip.com, and refund will only be given in the form of store credit. 

Prices:

Our equineequip.com products are offered as the best value for the best price. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. 

Orders & Delivery: 

If you wish to pick up your order, please choose your order online, and at checkout, choose "pay by mail" option. This way, we will get your order. Then, email us at customerservice@equineequip.com to arrange the pickup.

Your order will be processed promptly, and shipped within 5 business days or less. (usually the same day or next day) If you are paying for fast service, and your order reaches us before 3:00PM EST, we will process the same day. Otherwise, it will go out the next day. We are dedicated to getting orders on their way to you as soon as possible. You will be notified by email of any delays or out-of-stock items. If an item is temporarily out of stock the balance of your order will be shipped to you, and you will be charged only for items shipped.

Backorders:

At this time equineequip.com does not provide a backorder function. If you order online our shopping cart software will not permit you to order an item know to be out of stock. Your order will be shipped from stock with all immediately available items. Unavailable items not shipped may be reordered at any time.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa and MasterCard online. If you are mailing your payment, we accept checks, bank drafts, money orders or cashier's checks. Please do not send currency. Foreign orders must be paid in U.S. funds. Personal checks must clear before your order is shipped.

Shipping:

United Parcel Service does not deliver to post office boxes. Be sure to provide a street address to insure delivery of your order. Expect delivery in 4-14 days after we receive your order. UPS Next Day and UPS 2 Day services are available at extra cost for expedited shipping. Freight shipped items require additional time. Final shipping charges will be determined after placing your order. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions in shipping charges, or to recalculate oversized and heavy weight items. You will be notified if your shipping charges increase after you place your order. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all refused and returned orders.

Shipping Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and International:

Our sales people will calculate all shipping costs outside the continental United States. Please complete your order online. Be sure to list your email address or fax number on your order. Your shipping charges, duties, fees or other charges will be calculated. You will receive your total order cost and anticipated delivery time by email or fax, so that you may approve the total amount prior to your order being shipped.

Claims: 

1) Damaged Items
All of our orders are packed carefully for shipment. If damage occurs in transit, the carrier is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping. You, the recipient, must promptly file any claims for damaged with the delivering carrier. If we have made an error, please contact us at customerservice@equineequip.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We will correct our mistake at our expense. 

2) Lost orders
Contact customerservice@equineequip.com. If you did not receive your shipment within 14 days of your order, please contact customerservice@equineequip.com and indicate your name and invoice number. 

If entire order was not received, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. Normally a trace response is received within 10 working days after the trace is initiated. We will notify you once we receive results of the trace. If proof of delivery is unavailable, we will issue a credit to your account or we will re-ship the merchandise. 

3) Shortages
Any out of stock items will be noted on the packing list. Contact customerservice@equineequip.com if any discrepancies noted between what you received and what was indicated on the packing list. We will be happy to re-ship any items we missed at our expense. 

Payment: 

We accept Visa and MasterCard through PayPal. Most browsers support our secure order form. However, if you do not feel comfortable giving us you credit card number online, you may email us for further options.

Legal:


All claims or controversies, or other matters in question related to any purchase, unless otherwise settled by agreement of the parties, will be submitted to and decided by arbitration held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern all aspects of any transaction with equineequip.com.

eBay items:

On eBay items, our return policy includes a money back guarantee only if there is an error in the auction, an item flaw, or misrepresentation. Otherwise, at our discretion, we can issue credit of the bid price toward any web page purchase.
